Akshat Rathee is a serial-entrepreneur and currently the Managing Director and Co-founder of NODWIN Gaming.

NODWIN Gaming is among the top Youth media companies in the world focused on the gaming and esports demographic in emerging markets and is now part of the NSE: NAZARA listing in the Indian stock exchange

Before beginning his journey as an entrepreneur, Akshat worked in various roles in Ernst & Young and Daksh (now IBM Daksh Global Process Services).

Akshat has been a founder of over 20 companies in his life and his first venture was when he was in grade 8 where he founded Gizmo Inc. Akshat is the founder of the holding company NODWIN Group which has interests in Consulting, CLean Energy, Restaurants, Video Analytics, Sports tech and Gaming

Akshat also mentors and invests into other ventures through the family office of Good Game Investments where he has invested in multiple companies and has had successful exits. 

A gamer since his childhood days, Akshat has turned his passion into a successful business endeavour. Akshat has pioneered esports in India, not only has he steered NODWIN into a global leadership position but has also mentored many start ups and other blooming talents, gamers and influencers in India. He continues to play an influential role in actively shaping the future of competitive gaming in the country.

Akshat founded NODWIN Gaming in 2015 and it has grown on to become the largest gaming and esports firm in Asia and among the top 3 in the world. NODWIN Gaming works actively in creating large scale youth, gaming and esports IPs that it monetises through esports and media rights. The firm has now expanded to the Middle East, Central Asia, SEA and Europe from the South Asian base.

The NODWIN gaming journey has been funded by partners such as Nazara Technologies, ESL/ EFG (now part of Savvy/ PIF), KRAFTON (makers of PUBG)  and recently Sony Group Corporation (SGC)

Akshat studied in APJ Faridabad among a host of other schools and graduated in Computer Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) . He also holds an MBA in International Business from ecole nationale de ponts et chaussées (ENPC), France.
