Andrew Whitworth is a public policy professional with experience developing and engaging with policy related to traditional finance and Web3 in the private, public and academic sectors across the UK, EU, US and Middle East. He has a PhD in International Political Economy from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), based in Washington, DC and Bologna, Italy; and a BA/MA from the University of Oxford. His previous book is Regulating banks: the politics of instability.
