Dr Anish Shivdasani is a strategy consultant and tech entrepreneur in the blockchain space.
At present he is a Senior Advisor at Roland Berger’s Digital Asset practice in the Middle East, where he advises Layer 1 protocols, crypto exchanges, BTC miners and investors on a range of strategic matters.

Prior to this Anish was CEO of BNS MENA. BNS is one of India’s largest crypto exchanges. Anish has been actively involved in the blockchain space for several years and has written widely on the subject.

Prior to BNS, Anish founded a VC-funded edtech platform in Africa which he sold in 2021.

Anish has a distinguished public speaking record. A highly animated and energetic orator, he has spoken at numerous major conferences and events, including:

• Dubai AIM Summit, DIFC Fintech Summit, Dubai Web3 festival
• SaaStr Annual in San Francisco
• The United Nations in New York
• Brookings Institute roundtable in Aspen

He has moderated several panels on crypto, technology and economics, and he has also lectured university students on tech entrepreneurship and the impact of technology on society.

Anish has an MA from the University of Cambridge and a PhD from the UK Medical Research 
Council
