Gabe Feinberg is the Head of Legal for the Sui Foundation, handling all legal and regulatory matters including those related to blockchain technology, decentralized finance, fungible and non-fungible tokens, as well as advising on certain business, finance, tax and accounting considerations. Prior to joining Sui Foundation, Gabe practiced at two of the top Silicon Valley based venture capital and technology focused law firms advising on transactions and regulatory compliance in connection with blockchain, distributed networks, cryptocurrencies and digital assets including in connection with issuers in digital asset offerings, private financings, securities offerings and startups implementing blockchain technologies and tokenization models. He also has experience in prior roles representing companies and investors in the AI industry, life sciences, healthcare and other verticals including in mergers and acquisitions in the public and private capital markets.
