James Hartt a media industry executive with over 20 years experience working in the UAE

For the last 6 years James has been working for Abu Dhabi Government as Director of Digital Development, launching ADGaming the Emirate's strategic initiative dedicated to the growth of the game development and esports industries. Attracting over 100 gaming industry companies into the Emirate, delivering support programs to help them scale their businesses and also working across the higher education system to grow the Emirate's creative industry talent pipeline. Prior to working for Abu Dhabi Government he was the Vice President at OSN Business the largest pay-tv network in the Middle East.

James is currently Co-Director at It Is The End MENA an innovative VR solutions company providing tailor made virtual, augmented and extended reality solutions to a wide range of industries.
