Jorge Carrasco is the Managing Director for FTI's Blockchain and Digital Assets practice in the Middle East. Mr. Carrasco is a Blockchain and Web3 expert and enthusiast, with more than 15 years of experience building lines of business related to emerging technologies. Mr. Carrasco supports clients in developing strategies for enterprise blockchain implementation across multiple sectors, having worked on several nationwide consortiums. With deep understanding of global virtual assets regulations and the regulatory landscape in the Middle East in particular, he 'leads initiatives with virtual asset regulators to support them with their mandate, as well as companies in their journey to obtain operating licenses in the region. Mr. Carrasco holds an MBA with honours from IE Business School and multiple certifications around blockchain and related concepts.
